The curriculum for achieving your Green Belt includes a great many skills you must learn to utilize. These skills are often extensions or expansions of things you already know, but in many cases these are completely new areas of skill development.
Skills become much more integrated and fluid at this level of training. Skills are not as obvious or as simple as learning to control a wrist or move someone’s center to a disadvantageous position. The skills in this belt can be both physically and mentally challenging. But of course, anything worth knowing requires some work and effort. In the end you will come to rely on the skills you develop at this belt level quite heavily in the future.
