Pinan Yondan

This is the fourth Kata in the Pinan series. It continues the basic I-Beam structure, but has several deviations from the strict I-Beam approach, often moving off at a 45° angle to perform a series of movements. You will also notice this Kata offers a larger variety of stances and strikes than prior forms. It also shows more in the way of cohesive transitions from one sequence of movements into the next.
